Terms of Service

1. Provider

2. The service

TangrAI offers AI tools for local SEO: Google Business Profile optimizer, local keyword generator, landing page generator, Google Business post generator and local SEO audit, plus content history and PDF export.

TangrAI is not affiliated with Google and does not guarantee rankings, traffic or results on Google.

3. Beta program

• TangrAI is in beta and under active development.
• Beta access goes to users who register and verify their email between 05.11.2026 and 30.11.2026, while the 100 beta places last (including earlier beta participants). A beta place is taken only once the email is verified; Google sign-in counts as verified. Beta participants keep the beta plan and its limits after the beta ends.
• Using the AI tools requires a verified email address.
• Users who registered between 31.08.2026 and 04.11.2026, and new users after the beta, get a free trial with 20 generations.
• If we introduce paid plans, we will announce them in advance and will not charge you without your explicit consent.

4. Account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Provide accurate information and keep your password secret.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

• create illegal, misleading or abusive content, including fake reviews;
• breach Google's policies or third-party rights;
• enter other people's personal data without a legal basis;
• bypass limits, use automated scripts or resell access;
• attack or disrupt the service.

6. AI-generated content

• Content is generated automatically by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated.
• You are responsible for reviewing it and for how you use and publish it.
• The content is not legal or other professional advice.
• The SEO audit is an AI estimate based on the data you enter; the tool does not visit or scan your website.

7. Rights

You keep the rights to the data you enter. To the extent permitted by law, you may freely use the generated content, including commercially. We do not guarantee that it is unique.

The software, design and the TangrAI name remain ours.

8. Availability

The service is in beta and provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or loss of rankings. This does not limit our liability for intent or gross negligence, nor any mandatory consumer rights.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Account settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, giving notice where reasonably possible.

11. Changes to these terms

The new version is published on this page. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 30 days in advance.

12. Governing law

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by the competent Bulgarian court. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection given by the law of the country where you live.
